Check out Abbi’s awesome review titled “The centrosome-diverse functions in fertilization and development across species.”
Analytical Resources on the Hill, Sept 12, 2023
The Syracuse University BioImaging Center run by Abrar Aljiboury hosted our first ever symposium introducing some of the “Analytical Resources on the Hill”. In addition we hosted Demo presentations and lectures from Nikon, BioVision (iSIM), Leica, Andor, and Zeiss, along with introductions to resources at SUNY Upstate and SUNY ESF. Abrar’s microscopy laboratory class also got to visit the demonstrations. SU, Keep your eyes peeled for future demonstrations this fall from Nikon and Andor!

Congrats Dr. Abrar Aljiboury!

Talks!
The Hehnly Lab, including Favour Ononiwu and Abrar Aljiboury, had a blast giving remote talks with Stephanie Woo’s lab at University of California Merced and with Steve Caplan’s Traffic Group at UNMC! The questions and interactions were awesome.
Finally, Yiling Lan gave an excellent talk to Syracuse University Biology Graduate students. Well done!
